Beef Kebab: A Delicious Pakistani Delight

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well.
  2. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and oil. Mix well to combine.
  3. Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This will allow the flavors to develop and the meat to marinate.
  4. Preheat the grill or oven to 350°F.
  5. Divide the beef mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around the soaked wooden skewers. Make sure that the meat is packed tightly around the skewer.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the kebabs are cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill or oven and serve hot with chutney and salad.
